Learning how to learn is not taught in general education, and thanks to pioneers like John Taylor Gatto, we know that schooling aggressively indoctrinates students not to think for themselves. As this realization becomes common knowledge to more and more people, alternative forms of education continue to evolve. Here we will explore concepts surrounding self-directed, passion-driven learning, as well as the classical forms of education that have been kept from us. By integrating the Trivium Method into the learning process using Grammar, Logic, and Rhetoric, you can train yourself to be a critical thinking, lifelong learner and master of your reality.
Learn research methods to answer the Who, What, Where, and When of any given subject.
Learn to trust your critical thinking skills to answer the Why of any given subject.

Education is defined as the act or process of imparting or acquiring knowledge and developing the powers of reasoning and judgment. The ability to think critically and solve problems is fundamental to personal freedom and success, but as these skills are not taught in public schooling, it is up to us to acquire them on our own.
Through alternative forms of education like homeschooling, apprenticeships, Sudbury schools, democratic education, and more, we have the unique opportunity to break this pattern of indoctrination and programming for ourselves and future generations.
