Standard Terms for Programs, offered by AUTONOMY
PREFACE
Tragedy and Hope, Inc., a Connecticut Limited C-Corporation DBA “AUTONOMY” (hereinafter referred to as “AUTONOMY”), is privately owned property.
ARTICLE 1 – INTRODUCTION
BY ACCESSING, USING, OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY COURSE, EVENT, WORKSHOP, WEBINAR, PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR ONLINE COMMUNITY (ANY/ALL ONLINE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY TRAGEDY AND HOPE, INC.) HERINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “PROGRAM” OR “PROGRAMS” AND/OR SIGNIFYING YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT ON YOUR OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF THE PERSON LISTED IN THE ORDER, REGISTRATION, PURCHASE PAGE, OR SIMILAR FORM (“PURCHASE PAGE”) USED FOR THE TRANSACTION. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE FULL AUTHORITY TO BIND THE ENTITY THAT YOU WORK FOR AND YOURSELF TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY AS PROVIDED HEREIN, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE (AS DEFINED IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE).
ARTICLE 2 – NOTICE OF ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, SET FORTH BELOW, WHICH AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS ABOUT RESOLVING ANY DISPUTE WITH US. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
Effective Date: January 1st, 2025
ARTICLE 3 – THE AGREEMENT
This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is made by and between Tragedy and Hope, Inc., a Connecticut limited C-Corporation d/b/a “AUTONOMY” and “getautonomy.info/,” a business organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut, U.S.A., hereinafter referred to as “AUTONOMY,” and you, further defined below, as a Member, Participant, User in any of the Programs, also defined below, offered by AUTONOMY.
All parts and sub-parts of these Terms of Service are specifically incorporated by reference here. This Agreement shall govern the use of all pages and screens in and on any and all Programs, webinars, virtual meetings, packages, and products offered by AUTONOMY to its customers from time to time (all collectively referred to as “Programs” and individually as a “Program”) and any services provided by AUTONOMY through the Programs (“Products” or “Services”) and/or on AUTONOMY’s websites (“Website”).
As a condition of your participation in our Programs, you will also be required to comply at all times with the terms of our “Culture of Excellence” (COE). The terms of our COE, as AUTONOMY may amend or change the same from time to time, are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference and made a part hereof. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between one or more terms of the COE and one or more terms of these Terms of Service, the terms of these Terms of Service will govern and be deemed controlling.
ARTICLE 4 – OTHER PLATFORMS
When purchasing products and services from this Website, our social media profiles, or other business related platform, such as Shopify, Google Facebook etc and when posting information to or otherwise communicating via that platform, page, or your own social media profile, your activities online are subject to the Terms of Service, User’s Agreement, and Privacy Policy or other terms and conditions imposed by that social media or business platform or website, which may contain terms and conditions different from these Terms of Service. ARTICLE 5 – DEFINITIONS
The parties referred to in these Terms of Service shall be defined as follows:
- AUTONOMY, us, we: AUTONOMY, as the creator, operator, and publisher of the Programs, is responsible for providing the Program publicly. AUTONOMY, us, we, our, ours, and other first-person pronouns will refer to Tragedy and Hope, Inc. (D/B/A AUTONOMY), as well as, if applicable, all members, managers, employees, and affiliates of Tragedy and Hope, Inc. (D/B/A AUTONOMY).
- You, the member, the user, the participant: You, as the participant in the Programs and user of the Website, will be referred to throughout these Terms of Service with second-person pronouns such as you, your, yours, or as user or participant.
- Parties: Collectively, the parties to these Terms of Service (AUTONOMY and You) will be referred to as Parties.
ARTICLE 6 – ASSENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing and participating in AUTONOMY’s Programs, you warrant that you have read and reviewed these Terms of Service and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, please contact us at [email protected] prior to registering. AUTONOMY only agrees to provide the Programs to you if you assent to these Terms of Service.
ARTICLE 7 – LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE AND ACCESS PROGRAM MATERIALS
We may provide you with certain information as a result of your accessing the Programs through the Website, phone, virtual meeting, or otherwise. Such information may include, but is not limited to, documentation, data, or information developed by us and other materials which may assist in your participation in the Programs (“Materials”).
Subject to these Terms of Service, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Materials solely in connection with your participation in the Programs and your use of the Website. The Materials may not be used for any other purpose, and this license terminates upon your completion of the Programs, your cessation of use of the Programs or the Website, or at the termination of these Terms of Service.
ARTICLE 8 – PROGRAM TERMS
Access to certain areas of this Website is restricted. AUTONOMY reserves the right to restrict access to other areas of this Website, or indeed this entire Website, at AUTONOMY’s discretion.
If AUTONOMY provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this Website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. AUTONOMY may disable your user ID and password in AUTONOMY’s sole discretion without notice or explanation.
After purchasing or being granted access to one or more Program packages and paying the necessary Fees if required, you may not be able to begin until the specified Program Start Date. You must, if required by AUTONOMY, complete a Program by the specified Program End Date.
The Program and any of its accompanying Materials are for the registered individual only and may not be shared with any party. If we suspect that any Program or Materials are being shared or recorded by you and/or that you have shared your log-in information with any party, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Program or Materials, in our sole and exclusive discretion. We may also bill Fees for additional registration(s) if it is determined that others viewed, participated in, or otherwise had access to the Program or Materials.
We do not offer any promises or guarantees with regard to our Programs, Courses, Workshops, Online Communities, or Materials. You hereby acknowledge and agree:
- You are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices that you make with regard to any Program, the Materials contained within it, or any significant changes to your business or life.
- You agree to perform all “integration exercises” provided by AUTONOMY in connection with any Program within the deadline, if any, imposed by AUTONOMY.
- We are not liable for any result or non-result or any consequences which may come about due to your participation in any Program or use of our Materials, even if we have knowledge of the results you wish to obtain.
ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that the Programs, the Materials the Website, the Community, and any other Services provided by AUTONOMY are the property of Tragedy and Hope, Inc. (D/B/A AUTONOMY), including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property (“Company IP”). You agree that the Company owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Company IP and that you will not use the Company IP for any unlawful or infringing purpose.
You agree not to reproduce or distribute the Company IP in any way, including electronically or via registration of any new trademarks, trade names, service marks, or Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), without express written permission from the Company.
ARTICLE 10 – ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT
By accessing, using, or participating in AUTONOMY’s Programs, Courses, Webinars, Workshops, Events, Online Communities, or any other Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
You further agree that:
- These Terms of Service represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and AUTONOMY regarding your participation in the Services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
- You are legally bound by these Terms of Service and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and AUTONOMY policies, including but not limited to the Culture of Excellence (COE) and Rules of Engagement (ROE).
- You have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice regarding these Terms of Service, and your participation in AUTONOMY’s Services is voluntary and informed.

ARTICLE 11 – FINAL PROVISIONS
- Survival of Terms: Any provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property rights, indemnification, limitation of liability, arbitration, and governing law) shall remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Failure by AUTONOMY to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Force Majeure: AUTONOMY shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
ARTICLE 12 – CHANGES TO THIS TERMS OF SERVICE
AUTONOMY may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the Website or, at AUTONOMY’s discretion, sent to your primary email address.

ARTICLE 1 – INTRODUCTION
BY ACCESSING, USING, OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY PROGRAMS, COURSES, VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, PODCASTS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, LIBRARIES, FORUMS, AND/OR OTHER COMMUNICATION CHANNELS (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS “PROGRAMS”) OFFERED BY TRAGEDY AND HOPE, INC., A CONNECTICUT LIMITED C-CORPORATION D/B/A “AUTONOMY” AND “GETAUTONOMY.INFO/,” A BUSINESS ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT, U.S.A., HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “AUTONOMY,” AND/OR BY SIGNIFYING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE, CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, PRIVACY POLICY, REFUND POLICY, AND ANY OTHER TERMS, GUIDELINES, CONDITIONS OR POLICY PROVIDED BY AUTONOMY, AS PART OF THIS ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE ON YOUR OWN BEHALF AND, IF APPLICABLE, ON BEHALF OF THE PERSON OR ENTITY LISTED IN THE ORDER, REGISTRATION, PURCHASE PAGE, OR SIMILAR FORM (“PURCHASE PAGE”) USED TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION.

ARTICLE 3 – REFUND TERMS
- NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL COURSES AND PRODUCTS
All sales of Programs, digital courses, event tickets, products, and services are final. Refunds will not be issued for any digital or virtual content once purchased.
- NO TRIAL PERIOD
AUTONOMY does not offer a trial period for its Programs, products or services. It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence and ensure that AUTONOMY or the content and Program you purchase is suitable for your needs before purchasing.
- REFUNDS FOR EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
If AUTONOMY Administration determines there are extenuating circumstances based upon evidence, Refunds may be issued for such requests made within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Refunds will only be considered if the Program has not been downloaded or accessed. A $250 administrative fee may apply.
- CANCELLATION OF PAYMENT PLANS
If the Member cancels a payment plan before any outstanding balance has been satisfied, all associated Programs and Materials will be revoked. No partial or full refunds will be issued for canceled payment plans.
- NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS AND DOWN PAYMENTS
All down payments and deposits are non-refundable.

By accessing, using, or participating in any AUTONOMY services, programs, or communities, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules of Engagement, Culture of Excellence, and all other applicable accompanying policies and guidelines.
These policies collectively form a unified agreement, and your continued participation in AUTONOMY constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms outlined herein.

Terms of Membership
Tragedy and Hope, Inc. | DBA: AUTONOMY
PREFACE
Tragedy and Hope, Inc., a Connecticut Limited C-Corporation DBA “AUTONOMY” (hereinafter referred to as “AUTONOMY”), is privately owned property.
Tragedy and Hope Inc. has sole and exclusive authority over all business decisions related to its private property.
Members are not partners, shareholders, or stakeholders in AUTONOMY and hold no equity, liability, or indemnity in the business.
INTRODUCTION
The following policies, guidelines, and terms are an extension of the AUTONOMY Terms of Service and are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all Members, Participants, and Associates of AUTONOMY. By accessing, using, or participating in any AUTONOMY services, programs, or communities, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service, Rules of Engagement, Culture of Excellence, and all other accompanying policies and guidelines.
These policies collectively form a unified agreement, and your continued participation in AUTONOMY constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
The following terms and conditions outline the terms, policies and benefits associated with the AUTONOMY Course of Action, including but not limited to Lifetime Enrollment, Additional Features, Access to Future Seasons, and Community Membership.
ARTICLE 1 – LIFETIME ENROLLMENT TO YOUR SEASON COURSE MATERIALS
- Lifetime Enrollment applies to the AUTONOMY Course of Action materials assigned to the season in which you enrolled.
- Access to future live AUTONOMY Course of Action seasons is granted exclusively to Members in Good Standing.
ARTICLE 2 – DELIVERY OF THE COURSE
- The AUTONOMY Course of Action Program purchased either as a Gold, Platinum or VIP package contains one full recorded season of the AUTONOMY Course of Action. This constitutes full and immediate delivery and fulfilment of the AUTONOMY Course of Action.
- AUTONOMY Additional Features (Future Seasons, Live Lectures, Q&A’s, Events, Community Memberships, Forum Access, Masterminds, Bonus Materials, and any other Programs) added to the AUTONOMY Course of Action are accoutrement (additional items) added to your one full recorded season of the AUTONOMY Course of Action, available to Members in Good Standing.
- The delivery of the AUTONOMY Course of Action may be presented live or as recorded sessions by Richard Grove and/or Guest Lecturers.
- The AUTONOMY Course Of Action may be presented two times per year, one time per year, or at any modified schedule presented to Members at the discretion of AUTONOMY Administration.
ARTICLE 3 – DEFINITION OF “LIFETIME”
- “Lifetime” is defined as the duration of Richard Grove’s ability to deliver the AUTONOMY Course of Action and provide access to its products and platforms.
- If the delivery platform for any AUTONOMY Program becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, censorship, or any other reason, a digital download of your Program(s) will be made available for a reasonable duration of time to enable you to acquire them.
ARTICLE 4 – ACCESS TO ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- AUTONOMY Additional Features including (Future Seasons, Live Lectures, Q&A’s, Events, Community Memberships, Forum Access, Masterminds, Bonus Materials, and any other Programs) are available exclusively to Students in Good Standing.
ARTICLE 5 – MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING
- Good Standing is defined as “Members who abide by the AUTONOMY Culture of Excellence, adhere to the guidelines outlined in the AUTONOMY Guidelines for Members, and are compliance with the enrollment terms agreed upon at time of purchase.”
- Only Members in Good Standing are eligible for continued access to future seasons, community membership, and other benefits listed as Additional Features.
- Members who break their agreement or are found to be in breach of contract may lose all rights and privileges to the Programs, Additional Features, Bonus Materials. No refunds will be issued.
ARTICLE 6 – THE AUTONOMY GOLD PLUS COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP
The AUTONOMY Gold Plus Community Membership is a subscription product within the AUTONOMY Course of Action.
- The first year (12-months) of AUTONOMY Gold Plus Community Membership may be given complimentary.
- After the first year, the Gold Plus Community Membership is chargeable at the current fee.
- AUTONOMY Gold Plus Community Membership is available exclusively to Members in Good Standing.
ARTICLE 7 – MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
The AUTONOMY Gold Plus Community Membership includes access to:
- AUTONOMY Community Forum
- University of Reason Library | Infinity
- AUTONOMY Community Events Library
- AUTONOMY Past, Present, and Future Seasons

PREFACE
Tragedy and Hope, Inc., a Connecticut Limited C-Corporation DBA “AUTONOMY” (hereinafter referred to as “AUTONOMY”), is privately owned property.
Tragedy and Hope Inc. has sole and exclusive authority over all business decisions related to its private property.
Members are not partners, shareholders, or stakeholders in AUTONOMY and hold no equity, liability, or indemnity in the business.
INTRODUCTION
The following policies, guidelines, and rules are an extension of the AUTONOMY Terms of Service and are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all Members, Participants, and Associates of AUTONOMY. By accessing, using, or participating in any AUTONOMY services, programs, or communities, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules of Engagement, Culture of Excellence, and all other accompanying policies and guidelines.
These policies collectively form a unified agreement, and your continued participation in AUTONOMY constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
DEFINITIONS FOR “MEMBER” AND “MEMBERS”
Member: Refers to any individual who participates in any capacity with the AUTONOMY Course of Action and/or the AUTONOMY Community Forum. A Member is a single person engaging with AUTONOMY Programs, platforms, events, or discussions, and is subject to the guidelines and policies outlined in this document.
Members: Refers to multiple individuals who participate in any capacity with the AUTONOMY Course of Action and/or the AUTONOMY Community Forum. This includes groups of members, students, graduates, participants, or users engaging with AUTONOMY Programs, platforms, or events, and are collectively subject to the guidelines and policies outlined in this document.
By participating in “AUTONOMY”, Members agree to adhere to these guidelines, which are designed to protect the Culture of Excellence within the community and ensure a productive, respectful, and supportive environment for all.
ARTICLE 1 – OWNERSHIP AND AUTONOMY
- Tragedy and Hope Inc. DBA “AUTONOMY”, “AUTONOMY Agora Marketplace”, and “Grand Theft World” are the private property of Richard Grove and Lisa Arbercheski.
- Richard Grove and Lisa Arbercheski have sole and exclusive authority over all business decisions related to their private property.
- Members are not partners, shareholders, or stakeholders in AUTONOMY and hold no equity, liability, or indemnity in the business.
ARTICLE 2 – MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Members must adhere to the policies and guidelines of AUTONOMY.
- Members are required to follow the AUTONOMY Code of Conduct: “Be Excellent to Each Other.”
- Members are prohibited from engaging in behaviors that violate the Code of Conduct or that require intervention by AUTONOMY Management.
- Members are not entitled to access or demand information regarding the private business decisions or operations of AUTONOMY Management.
- Members are not permitted to challenge, defy, or undermine AUTONOMY Management decisions.
- Members are required to be up to date on their subscription and membership payments.
ARTICLE 3 – PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS
- Members may not organize, petition, or attempt to coerce or pressure AUTONOMY Management.
- Members are prohibited from airing grievances publicly within AUTONOMY Community Forums, group chats, or direct messages.
- Members may not instigate or encourage backlash against AUTONOMY Management.
- Members are not permitted to disrespect, sabotage, or circumvent AUTONOMY procedures.
- Members may not assume authority over other Members or make managerial decisions regarding AUTONOMY Programs, courses, products, events, or any other Member.
- Members are prohibited from using AUTONOMY platforms to harass, antagonize, or insult others.
- Members may not organize projects on behalf of AUTONOMY without express permission from Management.
- Members may not post negative or harmful reviews about AUTONOMY, its Members, or Management on public platforms.
- Members are prohibited from sending emails to AUTONOMY Support or Management containing rude, sarcastic, or unkind comments.
ARTICLE 4 – COMMUNICATION AND FEEDBACK
- Members may not make suggestions for policy or management changes in AUTONOMY Community Forums, Programs, events, Q&A sessions, in Products, Events, or Publicly.
- Members wishing to provide feedback or suggestions must use the designated “Pitch Your Offer to AUTONOMY” form available in the How-To section of the AUTONOMY Community Forum.
- Members may contact [email protected] for assistance or to request communication with Richard Grove or AUTONOMY Management.
ARTICLE 5 – COMMUNITY STANDARDS
- Members must exhibit a Culture of Excellence when representing themselves as AUTONOMY graduates.
- Members are prohibited from spreading discontent regarding AUTONOMY policies, administration or Management.
- Members may not share private communications that took place between themselves and Management.
- Members are required to wear appropriate clothing during live and virtual AUTONOMY events, including meetings, webinars, and presentations.
- Members are prohibited from attending events from inappropriate locations, such as showers, bathtubs, or bathrooms.
- Members may not use sexually explicit language during AUTONOMY events or forums.
- Forum content that is not relevant to AUTONOMY Programs will be removed and prohibited.
- AUTONOMY is a peaceful organization that does not encourage, condone or tolerate violence or coercion.
ARTICLE 6 – MENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Members expressing suicidal ideations are required to seek immediate medical attention.
- Members must provide a legal emergency contact when requested.
- AUTONOMY is not a mental health facility, and psychological issues are outside the scope of its programs. Members with mental health concerns are advised to seek professional treatment.
- Members may not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy to other Members on behalf of or within AUTONOMY Programs, products, platforms and/or events.
ARTICLE 7 – ETHICAL CONDUCT
- Members are prohibited from using manipulative tactics, such as NLP, hypnosis, or unethical methods, on other Members.
- Members are prohibited from imposing non-hierarchical structures, communal decision-making, or Marxist/communist philosophies within AUTONOMY products, platforms and events.
- Members may not engage in harmful actions, including physical violence, sabotage, or conflicts that disrupt the experience of other students.
- Members are prohibited from spamming the forum or engaging in off-topic debates that lead to heated discussions.
ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
- Members are prohibited from sharing or posting any visual, audio, or written material from AUTONOMY Programs courses, forums, webinars, or events outside of AUTONOMY.
- Members are prohibited from sharing information, recordings or videos of other students outside of AUTONOMY.
- AUTONOMY reserves the right to use all recorded material from courses, events, and meetings for internal or external purposes, including marketing and training.
ARTICLE 9 – SALES AND MARKETING
- Members are prohibited from pitching products or services or engaging in any type of commerce with new students within their first three months of the course.
- Members are prohibited from pitching products or services during integration exercises.
- Members may not use AUTONOMY platforms as a sales market or solicit Members with offers, products, or services.
- Members may not use direct messaging to promote products or services.
- Products and services can be offered in “Plug Your Work” and “Job Board.”
ARTICLE 10 – ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES
- Members must comply with all AUTONOMY policies, including but not limited by, the Terms of Service, Culture of Excellence, Privacy Policy, and Rules of Engagement.
- AUTONOMY reserves the right to amend or update these guidelines at any time.
- Management decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
- Members who engage in disruptive or unethical behavior may be subject to administrative fees, suspension, or removal from AUTONOMY programs and forums.
ARTICLE 11 – PENALTIES
Violations of these guidelines may result in the following penalties:
- Revocation of Member’s In Good Standing status
- Administrative fees
- Revoked permissions
- Suspension or removal from AUTONOMY/GTW programs and forums
- Revoked access to all AUTONOMY products
- Other administrative actions as deemed necessary by Management
- Administration reserves the right to administer penalties as needed including duration, amount, and severity based solely upon their determination on an as per case.
By participating in AUTONOMY, Members agree to abide by these guidelines and acknowledge that Tragedy and Hope Inc. DBA “AUTONOMY” reserves the right to enforce these rules to maintain the integrity and excellence of the community.

Event Guidelines Policy

PREFACE
Tragedy and Hope, Inc., a Connecticut Limited C-Corporation DBA “AUTONOMY” (hereinafter referred to as “AUTONOMY”), is privately owned property.
The following policies, guidelines, and rules are an extension of the AUTONOMY Terms of Service and are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all Members, Participants, and Associates of AUTONOMY. By accessing, using, or participating in any AUTONOMY services, programs, or communities, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules of Engagement, Culture of Excellence, and all other accompanying policies and guidelines.
These policies collectively form a unified agreement, and your continued participation in AUTONOMY constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
INTRODUCTION
The following guidelines outline the policies and expectations for Members of AUTONOMY who create and produce personal, non-AUTONOMY content. For the purposes of these guidelines, such individuals are referred to as Producers. These rules govern the creation, submission, and hosting of personal non-AUTONOMY events within the University of Reason and the AUTONOMY Community.
To host an AUTONOMY Event, Producers must complete the AUTONOMY Events Submission Form in the EVENTS space on the AUTONOMY Community Forum.
ARTICLE 1 – CONTRIBUTION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF REASON LIBRARY
- Producers of all events posted in the Events category on AUTONOMY’s Circle platform must contribute a copy of the event(s) to the University of Reason Library (currently hosted on Kajabi).
- This contribution is for the educational benefit of eligible Members in the AUTONOMY Community.
- In exchange, Producers gain access to AUTONOMY’s infrastructure and the mutual education of fellow Members who contribute to the development and benefit of the Producer’s autonomy.
ARTICLE 2 – LICENSING OF EVENT CONTENT
- Tragedy and Hope Inc., as the owner of AUTONOMY, is granted a user license for all submitted event content.
- The licensed content will never be sold or used outside of AUTONOMY.
- Licensed content is exclusively for use within AUTONOMY, and by AUTONOMY Members.
ARTICLE 3 – EVENTS PROMOTING PRIVATE BUSINESSES
- Events promoting a Producer’s private business that are not shared with the AUTONOMY Library may only be posted in the “Plug My Work” section and not in the Circle Events
ARTICLE 4 – RESTRICTIONS ON SELLING TO NEW MEMBERS
- Producers are prohibited from selling their course content to new Members of the current season of the AUTONOMY Course of Action.
- Producers, as Graduates of the AUTONOMY Course of Action, may only focus their sales on Graduate Members within the AUTONOMY Community.
ARTICLE 5 – USE OF MEMBER CONTENT
- Any content filmed or recorded within AUTONOMY that includes a Member’s image, work, or recorded voice may not be distributed, published, or sold to parties or venues outside of AUTONOMY by any party other than AUTONOMY.
- AUTONOMY is a private space for personal growth, skill development, and the cultivation of ethical professionalism.
ARTICLE 6 – USE OF AUTONOMY-CREATED CONTENT
- All content created and recorded by AUTONOMY may be used in accordance with AUTONOMY policy and guidelines.
- Such content may be used for internal and external purposes, including educational and marketing purposes.
ARTICLE 7 – HYBRID EVENTS
- Hybrid events (events listed in the AUTONOMY Forum and simultaneously listed in other places where non-AUTONOMY Members will attend) must be clearly notated.
- Hybrid events are subject to the restrictions outlined in Guideline #5.
ARTICLE 8 – PUBLICLY POSTED EVENTS
- Some Producer events may receive permission to be posted on public channels.
- Event participants must be informed in writing, in advance of each session, that they will be recorded and that the event will be posted publicly.
ARTICLE 9 – SUPPORT-ORIENTED MEETINGS
- Special meetings that are exclusively support-oriented do not need to be recorded or submitted to the University of Reason Library.
ARTICLE 10 – PUBLICLY FACING COURSES
- Producers may offer publicly facing courses with shared compensation through the AUTONOMY Agora Marketplace by submitting an application for approval.
ARTICLE 11 – AUTONOMY AGORA MARKETPLACE
- The AUTONOMY Agora Marketplace is available for Graduate Members of AUTONOMY to launch their course offerings.
- All course creators must submit an application for approval to meet the standards of quality and excellence upheld by AUTONOMY.
- The Agora Marketplace is a publicly facing entity promoted by AUTONOMY and features a variety of courses from multiple content creators.
- If you are interested in offering your course, please fill out the application and submit it for approval. (link provided in the AUTONOMY Community Forum).
ARTICLE 12 – EVENT POSTING PROCESS
- All events will be posted by AUTONOMY team members after receiving a “Post an Event” request with all fields completed correctly and approval has been granted.
ARTICLE 13 – EVENT CHANGES
- Events that need to be rescheduled, edited, or canceled must submit a new form.
ARTICLE 14 – COMPLIANCE WITH AUTONOMY STANDARDS
- All events must adhere to AUTONOMY’s standards, including but not limited to:
- “Culture of Excellence“
- “Guidelines for Members“
- “Rules of Engagement“
- All other AUTONOMY policies and guidelines.
ARTICLE 15 – MARKETING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
- Events marketing products and services may be attended by new Members; however, goods and services may not be sold to new Members, even if they initiate or request the services.
- Special circumstances may receive a waiver from administration. For such requests, contact [email protected].
ARTICLE 16 – CHANGES TO THIS EVENTS GUIDELINES POLICY
AUTONOMY may update this Events Guidelines Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the Website or, at AUTONOMY’s discretion, sent to your primary email address.

THIS HARASSMENT POLICY APPLIES TO ALL MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, FREELANCERS, VOLUNTEERS, SUB-CONTRACTORS, MANAGERS, ASSISTANTS, AGENTS, CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS, FACULTY, STUDENTS, CASUAL WORKERS, CONTRACTORS, AND VISITORS (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS “PARTICIPANTS”) ASSOCIATED WITH TRAGEDY AND HOPE, INC., A CONNECTICUT LIMITED C-CORPORATION D/B/A “AUTONOMY” AND “HTTPS://GETAUTONOMY.INFO/,” A BUSINESS ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT, U.S.A., HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “AUTONOMY.”
BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY PROGRAM, COURSE, EVENT, WORKSHOP, FORUM, PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION CHANNELS OR ACTIVITY OFFERED BY AUTONOMY, OR BY ACCESSING AUTONOMY’S PHYSICAL OR VIRTUAL SPACES, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS HARASSMENT POLICY. THIS POLICY IS DESIGNED TO ENSURE A SAFE, RESPECTFUL, AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND TO PROMOTE AUTONOMY’S CORE VALUE OF “BEING EXCELLENT TO EACH OTHER.”
ARTICLE 2 – PREFACE
At AUTONOMY, we are committed to fostering a safe, educational, respectful and inclusive environment exclusive to all Members, participants, employees, and associates. Our guiding principle is simple: “Be Excellent to Each Other.”
All AUTONOMY Members, Associates, Students, and Participants are held to a standard of excellence that reflects this mission.
ARTICLE 3 – HARASSMENT, SEXUAL HARASSMENT, AND DISCRIMINATION POLICY
AUTONOMY is dedicated to providing a safe environment free from discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment, for all individuals associated with our organization. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or discrimination, whether it occurs within AUTONOMY’s physical or virtual spaces, or during events, business trips, or conferences sponsored by AUTONOMY.
All complaints of harassment will be taken seriously, treated with respect and confidentiality, and promptly investigated. Any individual found to have engaged in harassment, including sexual harassment, will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, removal from AUTONOMY’s Programs, or a ban from AUTONOMY’s community networks.
No individual will face retaliation or victimization for filing a complaint in good faith.
ARTICLE 4 – WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO
This policy applies to all Participants and individuals associated with AUTONOMY, including but not limited to:
- Members, employees, freelancers, volunteers, sub-contractors, managers, assistants, and agents working for, with, or on behalf of AUTONOMY.
- Clients, customers, faculty, students, casual workers, contractors, or visitors.
Harassment is prohibited regardless of the sex, gender, race, color, religion, or national origin of the individuals involved. It applies to conduct between individuals of the same or different sexes.
This policy does not apply to personal conversations or relationships outside of AUTONOMY; however, discretion is advised, and all individuals are encouraged to act responsibly and respectfully in all situations.
ARTICLE 5 – DEFINITION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that makes a person feel offended, humiliated, or intimidated. It includes, but is not limited to:
- Physical Conduct
- Unwelcome physical contact, such as patting, pinching, stroking, kissing, hugging, fondling, or inappropriate touching.
- Physical violence, including sexual assault.
- The use of job-related threats or rewards to solicit sexual favors.
- Verbal Conduct
- Comments on an individual’s appearance, age, private life, etc.
- Sexual comments, stories, or jokes.
- Sexual advances or repeated, unwanted social invitations for dates or physical intimacy.
- Insults or condescending remarks based on sex or gender.
- Sending sexually explicit messages via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Non-Verbal Conduct
- Displaying sexually explicit or suggestive material.
- Sexually suggestive gestures, whistling, or leering.
- Displaying nudity in virtual meetings.
ARTICLE 6 – DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
Individuals found to have engaged in harassment, including sexual harassment, will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include:
- A written warning.
- A poor performance review or evaluation.
- A performance improvement plan.
- Reduction in rank or pay.
- Termination of employment or contractual relationship.
- Termination of Lifetime Enrollment.
- A ban from all AUTONOMY community networks.
Even if certain behavior does not meet the legal definition of harassment, it may still violate AUTONOMY’s standards of conduct and result in disciplinary action.
ARTICLE 7 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
- Filing a Complaint
Anyone who experiences harassment is encouraged to inform the alleged harasser that the behavior is unwelcome. If this is not possible, or if the individual feels unsafe, they may file a confidential complaint through AUTONOMY’s designated safety portal by contacting Lisa Arbercheski at [email protected].
- Complaint Handling Process
When a complaint is received, AUTONOMY will:
- Record the dates, times, and facts of the incident(s).
- Ascertain the victim’s desired outcome.
- Ensure the victim understands the company’s procedures for handling complaints.
- Discuss and agree on the next steps, whether informal or formal.
- Keep a confidential record of all discussions and actions.
- Respect the victim’s choice to pursue the matter internally or through external legal channels.
ARTICLE 8 – INFORMAL COMPLAINTS MECHANISM
If the victim wishes to resolve the matter informally, AUTONOMY will:
- Allow the alleged harasser to respond to the complaint.
- Facilitate a discussion between both parties to achieve a resolution.
- Refer the matter to a mediator if necessary.
- Keep a confidential record of the resolution process.
- Follow up to ensure the behavior has stopped.
The informal process will be completed within 60 days of the complaint being made.
ARTICLE 9 – FORMAL COMPLAINTS MECHANISM
If the informal process is unsuccessful or the victim chooses to file a formal complaint, AUTONOMY will:
- Assign a designated investigator to conduct a formal investigation.
- Interview the victim, alleged harasser, and any relevant third parties.
- Determine whether the harassment occurred.
- Produce a report detailing findings and recommendations.
- Implement appropriate remedies, such as:
- An apology.
- Changes to working arrangements.
- Training for the harasser.
- Disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal.
The formal process will be completed within 7-14 days of the complaint being made.
ARTICLE 10 – OUTSIDE COMPLAINTS MECHANISMS
Victims of harassment may also file complaints through external legal channels or relevant authorities in their jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 11 – SANCTIONS AND DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
Sanctions for harassment may include:
- Verbal or written warnings.
- Adverse performance evaluations.
- Reduction in wages or rank.
- Transfer or demotion.
- Suspension or dismissal.
The severity of the sanctions will depend on the gravity of the offense. Retaliation against individuals who file complaints will also result in disciplinary action.
ARTICLE 12 – IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING
AUTONOMY will ensure this policy is widely disseminated and included in the staff handbook. All new employees will receive training on this policy during their onboarding process.
Additionally, all employees will be required to attend annual refresher training to reinforce the principles and procedures outlined in this policy.
ARTICLE 13 – MONITORING AND EVALUATION
AUTONOMY will monitor the effectiveness of this policy by:
- Collecting anonymous data on incidents and outcomes.
- Requiring supervisors and managers to report on compliance.
- Conducting an annual review of the policy and making necessary updates.
ARTICLE 14 – OUR COMMITMENT
